Smoked Black Peppercorns

We smoke these premium grade berries using a traditional smoking process first introduced in 1883. Black peppercorns are the most pungent of the range, and once smoked, add a secondary kick of spice. Use as you would normal black peppercorns, but reduce the amount as they are quite strong.
