Smoked Pink Peppercorns

We smoke these premium grade berries using a traditional smoking process first introduced in 1883. Pink peppercorns have a natural sweetness, but once smoked, this sweetness is enhanced. Try it over anything that is delicate – fish, seafood or into scrambled eggs. Or a couple of twists into a gin & tonic!
