Salt is salt is salt – isn’t it? Not when it’s smoked……….
We utilise a traditional smoking process first introduced in 1883 to produce our chilli smoked salt. The dead sea salt crystals & chilli flakes absorb & retain the smoke, so enhancing the flavour. Add to scrambled eggs for a little kick in the morning, or use a little to enhance your chilli con carne.
